Our Hens

All of our muscovies are bred for temperament with only the best characteristics, our birds are friendly and any aggression shown towards humans or young ducklings are removed from our breeding programme.

Gwynera

Gwynera is a hand raised bird with gorgeous rippling down her back and flanks. This will be Gwen's first breeding season, you can expect great things from her young. She is paired with Toril.

Juniper

Juniper is a new addition to our flock, her previous owner made sure to only breed the best. This will be her first breeding season, despite being an adult hen she has never reared her own young. She is paired with Toril this breeding season.

River

River is one of the younger of the new birds, she is a gorgeous blue with contrasting white and black ripples. She is Paired with Toril.

Cordelia (Doris)

Cordelia known as Doris by the family is our only solid blue of the flock, she is Paired with Toril and will be Hopefully producing some gorgeous blue pied muscovy babies.

Brownie

Brownie is a chocolate barred pied hen, however she does not carry the chocolate gene she just expresses it, for this reason she is paired with Toril as he carries the recessive chocolate trait. We are hoping these will produce some lovely chocolate babies.

Saphire

Saphire is a lavender pied hen, she is Currently paired with storm, they produced some lovely lavender pied babies in the past. Her eggs will feature in our lavender hatching eggs.

Millie is our oldest hen, she is the mother of Storm our main drake, she has produced many offspring. She is another Paired with Storm, she will produce lavender pied babies.
